Thai Floodings – photo/video

Under Waters, Thailand

Heavy rain falls have caused floods and landslides in 28 provinces in Thailand. Waters have swallowed more than one million hectares of agricultural land and dozens of main roads. 237 people have died so far. Meteorologists warn that Nalgae, typhoon that swept the Philippines, will head northern Thailand this weekend.

High waves smash against the bank of Do Son beach in the northern port city of Hai Phong, Vietnam on Saturday July 17, 2010, as Typhoon Conson churns towards northern Vietnam. The typhoon that left dozens dead in the Philippines and two in China weakened to a tropical storm as it churned toward northern Vietnam on Saturday, smashing boats in its path and lashing the region with rain and wind.
