CRISTIAN Ciuta – YO LNP
A first generation of young politicians are already in the „class” politics and found they all pretty disappointed …. Why? Because they followed the same principles and rules as well as seniors. We all know that youth is not a virtue – if you’re young, you’re not wiser. There are still points of disagreement between mentality: we are more proactive, think in kind, now or never „. Instead, they will not understand that if you failed to enter politics up to a certain age, it means they are not made for it. Or we do not wait until they die, but neither should we use this principle just to get functions.
Question 1. Political Models
The current Romanian political context, there is no valid political model that meets all the qualities that I consider necessary. In my view, the future politician will be a technocrat, a professional in the economy, a good communicator, and charismatic. Most politicians now focus on communication, neglecting specialization. There are too many people who have caught weakness novel that manipulates him telling him what he wants to hear. Many citizens form their political culture assimilating information provided by television, while hiding behind the scenes politics their incompetence and party political clientelism. Do not go all in this category, but certainly over 50% of the current political class fit into this pattern. For me, this mud can not be a political model.
Q2. Different generations
I do not want to sound like a demagogue or a saint in the making, but must first be clear on: the seniors? And the juniors? A first generation of young politicians already in the policy of „class” and found they all pretty disappointed …. Why? Because they followed the same principles and rules as well as seniors. We all know that youth is not a virtue – if you’re young, you’re not wiser. There are still points of disagreement between mentality: we are more proactive, think in kind, now or never „. Instead, they will not understand that if you failed to enter poitica up to a certain age, it means they are not made for it. Or we do not wait until they die, but neither should we use this principle just to get functions. I think in games, things should work as a private company – if you’re good, you cope and integrate results, that’s fine, if not – goodbye comes next, you can not wait until you professionalize. … Politics is not for everyone.
Q3. Evolution in politics – possible or conditioned by personal relations and
Obviously, all these forms, after all, the politician. The party count every
person, every relationship you have, which can contribute to your evolution.
Without money you can not do politics, but you can do clientelism. Of course I
must reward those who have sponsored you in the campaign, but, brother, do not
put in office because they have no idea …! You can simplify legislation in
the activates, can that create leverage for their economic development, you can
stimulate their production. I think it’s ok to assign their contracts and if they
offer the same price as other companies, but everything must be done with
Q4. European Training of Romanian politicians
Need training, even those that boast Bratianu family of us were high-class intellectuals
who studied in Paris. Were educated men who have taken wise decisions in those
times, developing Romania and generating prosperity. Still believe that there
are two types of people in politics: the charismatic able to coalesce around
their electorate and masses of people and specialists in the field of state
administration who want to build a career of civil servants.
Q5. Decentralizing decision-making. Intelligent Cluj people in the capital.
Cluj-Napoca is an important economic city in Romania, where I think we must
encourage more production, innovation, research and less service. Moreover, it
is natural to have a decentralized decision-making at the national level, not
only in Cluj, because we know best in what direction we can develop and to what
kind of economy we headed, and this I hope to happen as faster. There are some
names in Cluj that have become valuable in Bucharest: Vasile Puscas, Andrei Marga,
Nora Lucia Morariu.
Q6. Public consciousness
People should be explained that the company works with democracy and that if
they designate someone to represent them to management where decisions are made
public, we can not work and we can not be called Romania. I think the media
should understand that it is her duty to present facts and to report events
objectively, especially political ones, but not repeatedly, in order to create the
rating on the post, putting the political aspects of clearly induce a state
of suspense and public opinion of politics and to arouse interest in the job,
of course. Thus, television always escape away clean, and politicians remain
dirty all the time with it. This affects us all, because we lost confidence in
public institutions and the people they lead, putting pressure on them, that
nowhere in the world there is so much politics chopped, from morning to evening, at least on three national TV broadcasters.
Q7. The situation of women
I think each of us are endowed with equal skills, qualities and skills – both
women and men. I can not believe that women are good only in a certain place.
If we demonstrate the ability to create, work, innovate and simplify, if anyone
can fill any post in the administration, whether it’s man or woman that is.
Q8. Personal experience
It’s hard to say and frankly I do not know how to put them into practice, as it
would be better. The first project I applied in the presidential campaign, I
asked my colleagues that is superior strategy Hasdeu segment. I was answered
that they expect students to not come to vote. Then I Liberal representative in
the student Hasdeu, I started one with a net calendars from room to room and
from home to home, talking to students about Crin Antonescu, about choices and
note their name and email address phone number and room on the list. Many asked
me why I give only calendars, because they bring people from PDL deodorants and
pens. I answer them that will bring pens and magnets in the last week of the
campaign. They, thus we were able to find other students who wanted to join the
party, and my team working somewhat, somewhere around 20-30 people. In the last
week I went again only in those rooms where I found voters Crin Antonescu and
we only gave them pens and magnets, and their colleagues – not. So we gathered
about 450 voters, which I called in on election day to vote. The results were
as in a ward turnout was 47% and the other 50%. Of course, Crin Antonescu was
young national option, but can not neglect any work done.
Central ideas of my projects are:
• collaboration with NGOs and student organizations
• advising party members, informing them about the opportunities and means
available to them to develop professional
• Social involvement in information activities and in helping civil society,
even at the risk of being criticized by the press
• attracting talented young people, with good results in teaching and
